Monthly Portfolio Update

This update is a desk note — not a live holdings list. Exact positions stay private. Themes and intent do not.

Acer Holdings runs a simple split: capital we operate, capital we allocate, and technology that raises leverage across both. Each sleeve has a job. Mixing them is how holding companies quietly erode discipline.

Current themes

  • Operating cash flow over narrative beta. Prefer businesses and assets that can fund their own improvement cycle.
  • Liquid markets as a compounding sleeve. Public equities and ETFs stay a multi-year book — not a scoreboard for weekly identity.
  • Selective digital asset exposure. Only where liquidity, technology thesis, and asymmetric upside still line up — never as a personality brand.
  • Operating businesses with real surface area. We continue to build and improve companies we own — proof that we will operate what we control.

What we’re watching next

We keep pressure-testing deployment across businesses we can operate and liquid markets that reinforce the same thesis: durable income, controlled downside, and patience. Technology spend stays pointed at internal leverage — reporting rails, monitoring, and automation — so operators and capital decisions move faster without adding headcount drama.
